Rick "Horioka" began tattooing in the fall of 2001. He is extremely passionate about tattooing in the traditional Japanese style. He works very hard to understand as best possible, the meanings and traditions behind Japanese tattooing. In 2020 Rick was granted the honour of being invited to join the Kisaragi Horikoi tattoo family of Toyohashi Japan. Where he now learns extensively with Master Kisaragi and other family members. In 2021 he was given the honorary title HORIOKA
